Hygiene is the good practice of carring the body clean to prevent infection and diseases, and the avoidance of contact with infectious host. Hygiene activity include brushing,bathing, and clean teeth, washing hands especially before eating, washing food before it is eaten, cleaning food preparation utensils and surfaces before and after preparing meals, and any others. It will be help to protect illness and infection. By washing the body, dead skin cells are washed away with the germs, reduce the bacteria into the body.
